Rebecca Brover, MBA

Rebecca Brover is an integrative individual and team coach. She is a specialist in building structures that support healthy organizational cultures. She has over twenty years of experience leading organizations through operational and relational evolution. Her foundation is in non-profit administration, operations, training, and coaching. Her expertise in nonviolent communication, interpersonal relational practices, and distributed authority make her a versatile and deeply empathetic coach and mentor. She has successfully scaffolded both individuals and teams in organizations as they redefined their relationships with both their work and their colleagues.

Rebecca is the only female Holacracy Master Coach in the world and a Partner at HolacracyOne. She holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Davis, and is completing dissertation work for her doctorate in Organizational Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology.
