Coach Islam is an experienced Academic Life Coach (PCC), Coach Trainer, Mentor Coach, Course Facilitator and Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Assessor (EQ2.0 and EQ360) Islam was the first certified Academic Coach in the region and has since founded the region’s only ICF Accredited Academic Coach Training Program. Islam has recently completed a 3-year round of service on the ICF Board of Directors (Saudi Chapter) as the Director of Knowledge and Community. She is currently running her own coaching practice, while working with multiple stakeholders on the development of the Coaching Community and increasing Coaching Awareness in the Academic Arena. **** Coach Rasha will be there too, Rasha is a professional career coach & service provider certified from National career development association (NCDA ) & ACC certified from International coaching federation (ICF ) , Team & culture transformation coach . Her background is pharmacist and has more than 20 years experience as sales manager and trainer in a multinational company .
