Coach Ahmed El-Ibyari /co-founder of Intellect Coaching School and Intellect Executive

Coach Ahmed El-Ibyari is the co-founder of Intellect Coaching School and Intellect Executive, He is also the Research and Development Director at Intellect.

He has also previously held a position as an ICF board member in the ICF Egypt Chapter

His passion for the field of coaching and psychology drove his 10+ years journey of independent research and extensive academic studies of these fields; during which he acquired a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. Equipped with the latest scientific findings and tested tools, he designed the first Positive Psychology Coaching Program in the MENA region accredited by the International Coach Federation.

C. Ahmed designed and developed the first-ever Arabic language International Coach Federation (ICF) program. He also developed the first certified Career Coach, Parenting Coach, and Addiction Recovery Coach programs in Egypt, making a major contribution to the coaching world, especially in the MENA region.

With 1000+ certified coaches, Intellect currently has 8 ICF approved programs, making it the market leader in the MENA region. The leading school also recently hosted a series of 3 Masterclasses with the University of East London’s Positive Psychology department last year.

Over the years, he successfully transformed his knowledge and experience into tangible outcomes, where he has designed, developed and implemented coaching programs for leaders and managers within local, multi-national and governmental organizations. With more than 4000 hours of coaching experience, El-Ibyari has coached clients from more than 25 nationalities and with a wide base of different backgrounds; Fortune 500 top executives, top athletes, entrepreneurs, creative artists, and students.
